Our Pellet Chips Line is a high-efficiency, fully automated solution for producing a wide variety of pellet-based snacks, including chips made from potato powder, wheat, and corn. With a robust production capacity of 450–500 kg/hour, 80 kW power usage, and a compact 70 m² layout, this line is crafted with durable 304 stainless steel for hygienic, industrial-scale operations.

Key components include a feeding vibrator for smooth material flow, conveyor to the 700-liter capacity fryer equipped with a smart control system, and a three-stage vibration drying conveyor with an integrated oil filtering system that recycles oil back to the fryer—optimizing efficiency and reducing waste. Finished chips pass through a cooling conveyor into a precision flavoring system with a powder mixing unit and flavor drum for uniform seasoning. The line is ideal for frying all pellet shapes, ensuring consistently crispy, flavorful snacks.
