Atlas Corn Chips Production Line | Compact Automatic Corn Snack Production Equipment

The Atlas Corn Chips Line is a compact, high-efficiency solution for manufacturing a wide variety of corn-based snacks. Designed for growing food processing operations, this fully automatic line delivers a production capacity of 150–200 kg/hour, powered by 68 kW, and fits within a 70 m² footprint. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, the line ensures long-term hygiene and performance.

The system includes a corn blender for hydration, spiral conveyor, and the advanced ATLAS EXTRUSION 2020 extruder capable of producing 40+ chip shapes depending on raw material type, flavoring, and grain thickness. Post-extrusion, corn chips are transferred via conveyor or air blower to a customizable drying oven (diesel or gas by Riello Italy) for moisture removal. The final stage features a flavoring drum, double oil & flavor blender (400L capacity), and oil pump, ensuring uniform flavor coating and premium product quality.
