The Popcorn Line from Atlas is a fully automated, compact solution for producing natural, oil-free popcorn at an industrial scale. Designed for efficiency and quality, this line delivers a production capacity of 150–200 kg/hour, consumes only 24 kW of power, and fits into a compact 55 m² footprint. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, it ensures durability and compliance with food-grade standards.

At its core is the Popcorn Blowing Machine, which pops kernels using a hot air stream powered by high-pressure fans and an LPG gas system—yielding 100% healthy, non-fried popcorn. The line also includes a sieve machine to filter out unpopped kernels, a flavor mixing drum, oil & flavor mixer, and oil pump system that ensures uniform seasoning for premium product consistency. Ideal for large-scale snack producers focused on healthy, flavorful popcorn.

Popcorn Blowing Machine:
Function: Blasting corn kernels by hot air stream by high pressure fans, which makes the product 100% healthy and natural.

Sieve Machine:
Function: Sifting the popcorn after it comes out of the oven, and filtering the corn kernels and non-explosive popcorn.

Flavor Mixing Drum:
Function: Spreading a homogeneous mixture of oil and flavor on the outside of the popcorn.

Oil & Flavor Mixer:
Function: Mixing oil with flavor.

Oil Pump:
Function: Pumping the flavor mixed with oil from the blender and spraying it inside the seasoning.
