Our Nuts Roasting System is a fully automated industrial solution for roasting, salting, and cooling a wide range of nuts. Built for continuous operation and high output, the system boasts a production capacity of 200 kg/hour, requires just 8 kW of power, and fits efficiently within a 40 m² area. Manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, it ensures food safety, easy cleaning, and long-term durability.

The system features a customized roasting unit (gas or diesel-powered) equipped with a vibration filter to separate excess salt during roasting. It includes both a fixed and a movable salting unit, with the latter offering a 180° rotating discharge angle for seamless transition to the cooling unit, which is equipped with dual suction turbines for fast, even product cooling. The NRS75 is ideal for nut processing plants looking for an energy-efficient, compact, and hygienic solution.
