Stainless‑steel cups dose 500 g – 2 kg with adjustable volume doors, while a blend of mechanical, servo‑motor, and pneumatic drives delivers 30–60 souffle, pillow, gusset, or quadro bags per minute at 10 kW.

Weights are set from the multi‑language Programmable logic controller, and cups discharge into film that’s sealed on any heat‑roll laminate except PE. A 350 cm × 61 cm conveyor, custom rotating table, built‑in bag counter, and optional waxy/digital date coder streamline end‑of‑line flow. Its premium components ensure reliability, making this packaging machine the ideal solution for bulk dry‑goods packaging with precise volumetric accuracy.
