A high-efficiency powder packaging machine engineered for accurate filling of milk powder, spices, coffee, cappuccino, and other fine powders. With a helical dosing system, the machine ensures consistent weights in the 50–500g range and achieves speeds of 30–60 bags per minute, powered by a 10 kW system.

The helical filler enables precise control of powder flow and dosage via the touch-screen multi-language PLC, ensuring stable performance across all weights. It uses a mechanical, servo motor, and pneumatic system, and supports customized bag shapes, compatible with all thermal rollers (except PE). Additional features include a 333cm spiral tube, customized rotating table, and custom waxy/digital date printer. With components from premium brands, this filling and packaging machine offers industrial-grade reliability and accurate bag counting, making it ideal for automated powder packing lines.
