A high-performance, fully automatic multi-head weighing machine engineered for precise packaging of legumes, rice, nuts, chips, dates, and detergent powder in 2–9 kg bags. Featuring a 4-head weighing tower developed by Atlas International company, it delivers a speed of 8–15 bags/min, depending on the product.

Controlled via a multi-colored touchscreen, the machine includes an automatic feeding system and an internal-external protection platform. Its German hexagonal belt ensures accurate film pulling, while supported bag shapes include pillow (3-seal), soufflé, and flat bags.

Built for 24/7 operation, this machine features a 304 stainless steel body, premium components, and a wax/ribbon thermal printer for expiry dates in 3 lines. Ideal for industrial-scale packaging with reliable efficiency.

Filling Section
Work System: A tower of 4 weighing units manufactured by “Atlas International” company with high specifications.
Filling Tank: Equipped with an automatic feeding system (Phosell).
Control Screen: a multi-colored touch screen to control the weight.

Packing Section
The group consists of: the platform – packing device – internal system – external protection.
Controlling the process of pulling the envelope roll is done with the hexagonal belt, a German model, which is responsible for pulling the envelopes mechanically.
Enveloping shape: a pillow welded from three sides // the pillow system // + the soufflé system + the bag system.
The machine wraps all thermal rolls, with the exception of polyethylene / PE / only.
The machine is designed for continuous work 24/7 due to the rigidity of the mechanical cams (bearings).

Electrical Parts
From the French company “SCHNEIDER” and the Japanese “Fuji Electric”.
The machine is equipped with an “LG” touch screen with all the movements of the machine and it is equipped with multi-languages.

Date Printer
A wax or ribbon thermal date printer that prints the expiry date of the product in three lines.
