A semi-automatic filling and stitching machine built for heavy-duty packaging of powders, grains, legumes, nuts, pet food, and more. Using a 4-head weighing system, it handles 5–50 kg bags at a speed of 1–2 bags per minute, with a capacity of 3–6 tons.

Product weight is set via a touchscreen programmable logic controller, then released by foot pedal into bags conveyed to a sewing or sealing unit. Built with 304 stainless steel, it includes a custom conveyor, tank capacity of 800–1000 kg, and works with all thermal films except PE. Supported by premium components ensures efficiency, reliability, and precision for industrial-scale packaging needs.

The desired weight is set via the touchscreen control panel. Then, a foot pedal is used to command the release of materials downwards. After that, the bag is conveyed on a conveyor belt to the sewing machine or sealing machine.
