A compact yet powerful filling and stitching machine designed for 5–25 kg bags of powders, grains, snacks, pet food, and more. Equipped with a 2-head weighing system, it operates semi-automatically at a rate of 1–2 bags per minute, handling 2–5 tons/hour.

Weight is set via a touchscreen programmable logic controller, with materials released by foot pedal and conveyed to a sewing or sealing unit. Built with 304 stainless steel, it features a tank capacity of 350–500 kg, and works with all thermal films except PE. Supported by premium components ensures accuracy and durability for mid-range industrial packaging needs.

Filling Section
The desired weight is set via the touchscreen control panel. Then, a foot pedal is used to command the release of materials downwards. After that, the bag is conveyed on a conveyor belt to the sewing machine or sealing machine.
